Remember, forget, stop, quit這四個動詞後面接to+V時，表示to+V的動作尚未做。
而接Ving時，表示該Ving之動作已經做過或正在做。因此該動詞不可使用過去式。
I remember to see my uncle this weekend. 我記得要在週末去看我叔叔。
I remember seeing my uncle last weekend. 我記得上週末有去看我叔叔。
過去式只能使用於句子的本動詞，第二個動詞就只能+ing，而且話語意思不一樣。
I forgot to do my homework yesterday. 我昨天忘了做家庭作業。
I forgot doing my homework yesterday. 我忘了昨天已經做了家庭作業。
I forgot to take the medicine at 6 o’clock. 我忘了在六點鐘吃藥。
I forgot taking the medicine at 6 o’clock. 我忘了已經在六點吃過藥了。
常需接不定詞to的動詞：want, ask, decide, plan, hope, expect
"spend"只能用人當主詞
Spend:人+spend+時間/錢+Ving
I spent 2 years finishing the project.
I spent $3 buying the car.
I spent 2 hours fixing it
I spent $200 buying this book.
"take"可以用於"time/money/effort etc"，即"時間、金錢、努力等"，"cost"一般指的是"錢"或是"有價值的東西"，例如：賠上一份工作(cost a job)，賠上一輩子(cost a life)，賠上一段婚姻(cost a marriage)。
It takes人+時間to V. It cost人+錢to V.
It takes me 3 hours to finish the project.
It cost me 3 hundred dollars to buy the car.
花費有三種
1. spend時間和錢都可以(這個最好用)
2. cost+金錢
3. take+時間
這件夾克花了我500元。(這是花錢，可以用cost、spend，但用法不同)
1. cost→It cost me five hundred to buy this coat. (cost不加s因為它是過去式)
=This coat cost me five hundred. (不管使用哪一句，主詞都是物.)
2. I spent five hundred buying this coat. (主詞是人)
我花了十分鐘走路去學校。(花費時間可用take、spend)
1. It took me ten minutes to walk to school.
=Walking to school took me ten minutes.
2. I spent ten minutes walking to school.
spend 可以加時間或是金錢，但主詞一定要是"人"，後面動作要使用ing.
cost+金錢，take+時間，這兩個都主詞都是"物"，後面的動詞是使用to+V
